Tool: Photoshop

Open photoshop

Select ‘filter’

Select ‘liquify…’

Select the ‘twirl clockwise tool’ on the
left side
o
Decide brush size on right side of screen
o
Put circle tool over image where effect is
desired
o
Click mouse until the desired effect is reached
o
Click ‘OK’ in the upper right hand of the
window

Select ‘File’
o
Select ‘save as…’
o
Click ‘save’
o
Click ‘OK’
